Mr. Deda is an experienced trial lawyer who has obtained verdicts over a million dollars and settlements over a million dollars while representing injured people throughout Wisconsin and in other states. Mr. Deda received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Deda is on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Association of Trial Lawyers and currently serves as a member of the Jury Instruction Committee. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the State Bar of Minnesota. Mr. Deda was formerly Price County District Attorney from 1974 to 1978.

Mr. Deda is married and has three children. He has been very involved in his community being on the School Board for 27 years, president for 9 of those years, serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Northwoods, Inc. and on the Board of Directors of the Flambeau Hospital Foundation. Mr. Deda has also been very involved with various youth activities and his church.
